Health Update

I did not have any neurological or vascular incidents on my schedule for this month, this quarter, this year. The Roaring 2020s continue to mess with my plans, however.

I am safely home from the hospital. I have an appointment on Monday to schedule a follow-up vascular surgery to correct a carotid artery blockage; preiminary scheduling was for the week of BayCon, my home convention; we'll see what that does to my ability to attend.

The MRI showed what they called a "mini-stroke": left forearm and hand are affected but my right arm and both legs are ok.

Take good care of each other out there; there are an astonishing number of us for whom our communities are all the care we're gonna get.
