Still alive

It is so loud inside my head that I'm having trouble getting words to come out.

Somehow I manage to get up in the morning, get myself dressed, and stumble through the day. But I have no idea how I keep doing it.

One step and then the next, until it all comes crashing down.

Oh hon. I have worlds of empathy, but sadly, no good advice. Hold on, just hold on. There are people to whom your mere presence on this planet is important (I'm one. Just so you know). I see you. And it's okay if you can't make words and give them air. You will get there again, I promise. It all comes around again, thank goodness. Or dammit, depending on your point in the cycle.
